Terms of Service

Welcome to Instamor. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Instamor mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by Instamor ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to use Instamor. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Instamor is intended for adults seeking to meet other adults.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to represent yourself truthfully.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate others.

3. Acceptable Use

To keep Instamor safe and welcoming, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others.
• Post unlawful content, or content involving anyone under 18.
• Solicit money, run scams, spam, or advertise without authorization.
• Share content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes others' rights.
• Use the Service for commercial sexual services or human trafficking.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization, or interfere with the Service.
• Collect or misuse other users' information, including their location.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Instamor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content as necessary to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights to share it.

5. Safety, Moderation & Reporting

You can block or report other users and content within the app. We may review reported content and take action, but we do not guarantee that we will review all content. Your safety is your responsibility: use caution when interacting with and meeting people. Instamor does not conduct criminal background checks on users.

6. Purchases & Subscriptions

The Service may offer paid features, credits, or subscriptions. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices and offerings may change. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that you will find a match.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instamor and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Instamor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Instamor is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
