Frequently asked questions

How do I create or edit my profile?

Open the app and go to the Profile tab. Tap Edit Profile to update your photos and short videos, display name, gender, position, birth date, height, city, and bio. Tap Edit Preferences to set the gender, age range, distance, and partner's position you're looking for.

How does "People Nearby" work, and is my location private?

People Nearby shows you other members close to you, sorted by distance. Your location on the map is intentionally approximate — it's offset so you're discoverable without revealing your exact spot. You can turn location off anytime in your device settings (this limits nearby features).

How do I block or report someone?

Open the person's profile or your chat with them, choose the report/block option, and follow the prompts. Blocked users can no longer see you or contact you. For serious safety issues, also email support@instamor.net.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app's settings. If you need help, email support@instamor.net from your account's email address and we'll assist. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

How do purchases and credits work?

We don't charge users at all for now. See our Terms of Service for details.

I'm having a technical problem.

First, make sure you're on the latest version of the app and have a stable connection. If the issue continues, email support@instamor.net with your device model, iOS version, and a short description (screenshots help).

What's the minimum age to use Instamor?

Instamor is strictly for adults 18 and older.

Staying safe: meet in public for the first time, tell a friend your plans, and never send money to someone you haven't met. Trust your instincts — and report anyone who makes you uncomfortable.
