This Privacy Policy explains how Instamor ("Instamor," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Instamor mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using Instamor, you agree to the practices described here.

Instamor is a dating service for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Account information: such as your display name, email or sign-in identifier, and authentication tokens.
Profile details: gender, position, date of birth (used to calculate age), height, city, biography, and the photos and short videos you choose to upload.
Preferences: the gender, age range, distance, and position preferences you set to find matches.
Content & communications: videos, comments, likes, and messages you send through the Service, and reports you submit.

Information collected automatically

Location: with your permission, we collect your device's location to show you people nearby and to make you discoverable. Location shown to other users on the map is approximate (intentionally offset) to protect your precise whereabouts.
Device & usage data: device identifiers, app version, operating system, and how you interact with features, used to operate and improve the Service.
Push tokens: to deliver notifications you've enabled.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and profile.
To power core features — discovering people nearby, matching, messaging, and the video feed.
To personalize recommendations based on your preferences.
To keep the community safe: moderation, detecting abuse, and enforcing our Terms.
To send service-related and, where permitted, promotional notifications.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

With other users: your public profile (name, photos/videos, gender, position, age, and preferences) and your approximate distance/location are visible to other users as part of normal use.
Service providers: vendors that host our infrastructure, deliver notifications, process media, or provide analytics, acting on our behalf under appropriate obligations.
Legal & safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your Choices & Rights

Location: you can enable or disable location access at any time in your device settings. Disabling it limits nearby features.
Notifications: manage push notifications in your device settings.
Access & deletion: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can delete your account from within the app or by contacting us.
Blocking & reporting: you can block or report other users at any time.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Instamor is strictly for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it and terminate the account.

8. International Users

We may process and store your information in countries other than where you live. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers, which we carry out with appropriate safeguards where required.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated within the app.
